OfficeHaus Holds Topping Out Ceremony As It Gets Ready For Opening

OfficeHaus marked a major milestone in its construction with a topping-out ceremony on August 30th, 2022. A modernist office building that’s on a mission to revolutionize the office market, OfficeHaus is nearing completion and will soon open its doors to Saigon’s new generation of workforce.

Attending the topping out ceremony are key partners of OfficeHaus: Gamuda Land – one of the region’s most established land owners and real estate developers, COFICO – the general contractor, Artelia Vietnam – which supervised the whole construction process, Korn Architects – the architectural design firm behind OfficeHaus’ seamless Bauhaus-inspired minimalist layout, and all partners that made significant contributions.

COFICO, one of Vietnam’s most respected construction companies was retained by OfficeHaus to construct the office building in accordance with the former’s vision. With COFICO’s indisputable reputation and experience, OfficeHaus has managed to follow a tight construction schedule amidst COVID-19 lockdowns, international territorial disputes that affected logistics gas and material prices.
